There is ample free parking at the salon. We hope you feel welcome in our space and enjoy your visit. We offer a number of refreshments and some rotating seasonal favorites, make sure to ask your stylist when you arrive!

KW Salon Policies

Cancellations

We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a cancelation fee. 50% for cancellations within 24 hours. 100% for no shows. When booking your appointment we will require your credit card information, but will not charge at the time of booking.

Un-Fashionably Late

If you are 10 or more minutes late, please remember that your service will end at its original time. Please contact us if you're going to be late for your appointment. If more than 30 minute, this will result in rescheduling, and a late/cancellation fee.

Child Policy

We love children… some of us even have a few! However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Many guests look forward to their salon experience as personal “pampering” time. Even the best-behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, glass shelves, etc.). Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding. In return, when your child is receiving a service, we promise to see that no pesky grown-ups disrupt their experience!

Specialty Appointments

These appointments are defined as more advanced color and treatment appointments that need to be scheduled for more than 2 hours. In order to reserve this type of appointment, a 30% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of scheduling. If you need to change your appointment time or day, we ask for a call at least 7 days in advance. For any reschedules, the deposit will still apply to the scheduled appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 7 days of the appointment or is a no call no show, the deposit will be awarded to the stylist who lost earning potential and sacrificed their time.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. Please contact us within 7 days if you are not satisfied and would like to come in, we will do our best to keep you as a proud client of ours.

Pet Policy

As much as we love our furry companions, the salon is not a good environment for pets. Besides the fact that it is against city and state health regulations to have animals in the salon, we also have to consider our clients who may be allergic or not as ‘in-love’ with pets as others may be. We have also found that because of the different chemicals and heavy aromas that we use at times combined with animal’s acute senses, it can actually irritate your pet to be in the salon. Service dogs with official “service animal” vests are the only exception to this rule.

Privacy

To better support our staff, protect their livelihood, and respect their time, a credit card will be required to book all appointments. Your credit card will be kept on file (your information will be concealed in an encrypted format which means that your information is confidential and safe). Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.

Product Return

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you can either return or exchange it within 30 days from purchase.

Right to Refuse Service

KW Salon has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating appropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
